The Hedge Witch
A healer returns from the forest with the scent of crushed leaves and resin still clinging to her skirts. There is a quiet purpose to her movements as she crosses the room, herbs gathered and mind already turning toward tinctures, poultices, and careful notes. This scene leans fully into that moment between labour and rest, where craft and care define the space as much as the person within it.
The February round of We Love Role-Play is now open and from there comes the dress from Web Dew that sets the tone perfectly. Cut for movement rather than ornament, it feels practical without ever becoming plain, with soft layers and detailing that suit a woman who spends her days bending over worktables and hearths. It reads as lived-in rather than pristine, which gives it real strength for healer or herbalist roleplay. Paired with simple accessories and a satchel heavy with gathered plants, it feels entirely at home in this setting.
The healer’s room props from XIV are also at the event and they reinforce that sense of quiet industry. Shelving filled with books and baskets, a small worktable for notes and mixtures, and the suggestion of ongoing study give the space narrative weight. Nothing feels staged; instead, it feels used, as though the healer has only just stepped away from her work to warm herself by the fire.
Finally, the gorgeous Bambi hair by Magika, shown here in the longest of its three length options, complements the look with a natural fall that works equally well loose or drawn back when work demands it. The flexibility in length makes it easy to adapt the style.
