Dinner and Dessert

The evening begins politely enough. A bottle of wine between them, the low murmur of conversation, fingers brushing across linen as the sun sets beyond the terrace. Dutchie’s Dinner Date Table is designed to take you from a romantic dinner for two and, in the Adult version, to a much more intimate end to the evening. You will find at the current round of Lewd Station.

The build is all about understated elegance. A round table draped in soft fabric, simple wooden chairs, wine glasses, candles. The proportions are well judged, allowing avatars to sit comfortably without awkward spacing, and the tablecloth has the added feature of changing as you sit down, to be pushed in under the table rather than having legs clip through. I thought the effect was excellent, giving it a much more realistic look.

The table is available as PG and Adult. In the Adult version, the animations move from subtle romantic gestures — hand kisses, leaning closer across the table — into increasingly heated transitions that use the furniture itself in creative ways. The PG version offers 10 dinner scenes and 10 romantic scenes, the Adult version adds 70 adult animations. As always, the adult animations make use of the latest technology, being Lovense Sex Toy compatible and supporting various intimate attachments for your avatar. For the full experience, make use of the sequences which offer a well-paced journey through selected sets of animations.

As for our styling, I opted for the Nymera dress from Salt & Pepper, in the short version with sheer fabric selected, and the matching high heels. The short Corvina style from Wasabi for the Truth Collective has an edge to it which suited the face and the makeup. I also made Ran go shopping, to pick up a new pair of pants from Ginza and a tunic (or, more properly, a kurta) from Zaara. His hair is also by Wasabi and is technically a female style, but because it is short and unrigged it adapts extremely well to a male head and I love the soft, slightly romantic look.

A final look at this round of We Love Role-Play, since I just had to feature Zaara’s beautiful new Disha Lehenga, available in single colours or as a mix-and-match fatpack. And who can decide on just one colour when the textures look so good? It is an outfit fit for a princess, especially when paired with the lovely Ciel set from Zibska, featuring a headpiece, earrings a choker and a necklace. A dowry for royalty indeed.

Something I picked up a while ago but had yet to use (I was planning on having it for a video, since it is animated) is the gorgeous Runa hair from Raven Bell, a very long braid with bento animations and poses. I’ll have to revisit that in a suitable video, because I love it!

Palm Tree Sunset

It may be October, but I am holding off on the spooky a little longer, even though there’s actually plenty of it at the brand new round of We Love Role-Play. But for my first post for this month, I just had to show off Zaara’s new male outfit, the Naksh Kurta which consists of kurta, dupatta and pants. I have also added the Kolhapuri sandals, also by Zaara, and a headband from Angelicus which is also from WLRP (technically for female avatars, but it works).

And while sandals would not be my choice of footwear for riding, I did think this was a good opportunity to show the Oasis set from Teegle for the Akhal Teke Teeglepet. The Dog & Pony Show is now closed, but the new Teeglepets and all the accessories for them are now in the Teegle mainstore instead.

The beautiful palm trees are a brand new release with PBR from Fanatik and I am also using a Day Cycle from Fanatik to get this gorgeous lighting.

Rain Dance

Its the 4th which means we’re getting another round of We Love Role-Play today and this is a really good one! The star of my first post is undoubtedly the Samantha lehenga for Zaara, a more modern take on the classic lehenga inspired by Bollywood movies.  In the fatpack you can mix and match blouse and skirt colours as well as border colours. The cut of the blouse is very sexy and gives a fantastic look to your cleavage.

I paired the lehenga with two more pieces from the event; a collar from Sigma and heels from Sass. Both offer texture options via a HUD.

The hair is from Wasabi for Uber, a high pony tail that is loosely twisted and tied off.
