Fantasy Faire 2026: Magical Meetings

Fantasy Faire 2026: Magical Meetings

The official program for Fantasy Faire 2026 ends today, May 10th, but the Fairelands have recieved an extension and will not fade away until the end of Wednesday, May 13th. That said, I am not sure how much more blogging time I will have, so this post may be my farewell to the Fairelands for this year, with a final magical meeting on the quest sim of Kallissya. And yes, if you have yet to finish the Quest, it will also be available until the end of the 13th, so don’t miss the chance.

The beautiful coat on my Teeglepet Arabian is one of many quest gifts, this one by the Cozy Den. It comes in several shades and includes both PBR and non-PBR versions. I love how the palest shade looks here, almost ghostly, which makes it a fine fit with the second of Teegle’s two new pets for the Faire: Osaka, the spirit wolf, here beautifully adorned by the flowery drapes from Mythril. They really do look like two magical creatures in a magical realm, and I am just lucky to be along for the ride. And speaking of riding, Osaka is of course ridable as well as useable as a companion.

Fantasy Faire 2026: Requiem

Fantasy Faire 2026: Requiem

With only two more days left of the Faire, the time has come to wander Alia Baroque’s Requiem. Here, among mausoleums, graveyards and solemn statuary, we are reminded of death and reminded to live. The sim is undeniably gothic and as such I could not resist wandering through it like an unquiet ghost who, lost and bewildered, finds a tombstone with her own name on it.

The sinfully red gown (which can be clicked to raise the hem in a very naughty fashion) is by SoapBerry. I have not tried them before but I could not resist this gown, which also includes a bloody version of each colour. The torch, just like the lantern I showed in an earlier post, is from Titans, another brand that I have not purchased from earlier. I am also wearing a necklace from On a Lark which can function as a scripted collar or just be worn as a regular necklace.

I tried to really make an effort this year to browse new stores at the Faire and even if it can be overwhelming I can definitely recommend it. I went through a few sims at a time, to keep myself from rushing. So make the most of the last few days and don’t forget to pay special attention to the RFL vendors to keep raising money for the fight against cancer.

Fantasy Faire 2026: Looking Eastward

Fantasy Faire 2026: Looking Eastward

Drawing on the worldview of Japan’s Heian period, the sim of the same name is one of two Faire-regions looking eastward for inspiration. The other is Bến Tôm Rơi, a South East Asian fantasy. Heian is sponsored by Gabriel and Bến Tôm Rơi ContraptioN.

On these Fairelands you will find several merchants who have created new releases and Fantasy Faire specials in theme with the sims themselves. One of these is Grasshopper Street, who is featuring a range of traditional Vietnamese clothing in their shop, including this ao dai tunic and pant set and the long du parasol. The tunic is beautifully embroidered and the parasol features eight different painted patterns.  I also added a cute little floral headband from rnR who has a shop full of a wide variety of flowery hair ornaments for all kinds of outfits.

Fantasy Faire 2026: Piratical

Fantasy Faire 2026: Piratical

Moonfleet Bay welcomes you to a rural landscape set next to a rugged shoreline, with smuggler’s caves and wrecked ships. What better place for a bold pirate, who has managed to win access to one of the cannons pointed out at the bay. There many other pirates have fallen victim to the defends of the bay, but she has cleverly made it to behind the defenses and is set for conquest.

Eudora3D’s Lyra outfit has a bit of a piratical feel in the cut of the blouse, though I am not sure the high heels on the boots are ideal when on a ship. They do look sexy, however, and sport a whole array of smaller knives tucked behind various straps. And the outfit paired very well with Uzme’s Dual Blade poses, which include the two cutlass-style swords. Uzme definitely makes some of the best roleplay poses out there and includes well-made props.

The Fantasy Faire is still going strong for a few more days, until May 10th, so make sure you don’t miss out!
